1) CHICKEN INCUBATOR PROJECT DESCRIPTION

  • The egg incubator combines various heating flow techniques uses a duct which transfers heat from the heating chamber to the incubating zone.
  • Temperature is mainted at between 37.5 with at variation of ±0.3.

    • MONITORING

  • Monitoring of the egg incubator is done by use of esp8266 wifi module connects to the database.
  • The ESP8266 send the data to the database. where the data is displayed and visualized in table form or graphical form.
  • This data representation is in realtime accompanied with individual timestamps.

    • HEATING

  • Heating is done bu two bulbs 100w each. and are controlled by a relay which is controlled by microcontroller.
  • The microcontroller obtains temperature and humidity parameters from the sensor(DHT11 or AHT21).

    • HUMIDITY CONTROL

  • Humidity control is by use of a an ultrasonic humidifier which is regulated by a microcontroller.
